1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to hold an 11xplay ID. By creating an account you confirm your age and that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you. It is your responsibility to check local regulations before playing.

2. Your account

One person, one main ID (additional bankroll IDs may be arranged via support). Keep your credentials confidential; actions taken under your login are treated as yours. Tell support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access — we can lock an ID in minutes.

3. Deposits & withdrawals

Minimum deposit is ₹300. Deposits must be made only to payment details provided in the official WhatsApp chat at the time of the transaction. Withdrawals are processed 24/7 to the account holder’s own payment instrument. We charge no fees in either direction; unusual activity may require verification before payout.

4. Bets & settlement

Bets are settled automatically against the official score/result feed for each event. A bet once matched cannot be cancelled except where a market is voided (e.g. abandoned match) under standard exchange rules, in which case stakes are returned. Obvious pricing errors may be voided with stakes refunded.

5. Bonuses

Bonus terms, including any play-through, are stated at the time of the offer and on the bonus page. Abuse of promotions (multi-accounting, arbitrage rings, bonus farming) may lead to forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6. Fair use

Automated betting tools, exploitation of technical faults, and collusion between accounts are prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in fraud or money laundering and to report unlawful activity where required.

7. Responsible play

Betting involves financial risk and can be addictive. Deposit limits, session caps and cool-off periods are available free via support at any time. Play only with money you can afford to lose.

8. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We are not liable for losses arising from your betting decisions, connectivity failures on your side, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
