To create and operate your 11xplay ID we collect the minimum needed: your name, WhatsApp number, and the payment details (such as a UPI ID) you use for deposits and withdrawals. We also keep records of your bets, transactions and support conversations so your account history is accurate and disputes can be resolved.

2. What we do with it

Your data is used only to run your account: issuing credentials, processing payments, settling bets, providing support and meeting our security obligations. We may message you on WhatsApp about your account or offers; reply “stop” at any time to opt out of promotional messages.

3. What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your betting activity with anyone. We never ask for card PINs, OTPs or passwords in any channel — treat anyone who does as an impostor and report them to us.

4. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside our team is limited to what each role needs. Payment details are used solely for the transfer you request and are not stored beyond operational necessity.

5. Cookies

11xplay is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately and balances returned to source.

If this policy changes materially we will note the new date above and announce it in the official WhatsApp channel. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance.
